Enterprise support for Blackberries has been sunset by IT Services. Existing UAA Enterprise Blackberry users will be contacted regarding transition options. No new Blackberry devices will be configured to support UAA's Exchange environment.
Note: If the employee doesn't have an Exchange account, a Desktop work order must be submitted to the IT UAA Call Center to have their primary workstation joined to UAA Active Directory and their account exchange enabled.
There are many other devices that can utilize Microsoft ActiveSync to communicate with UAA’s Exchange server. Support for these are limited; however, they are usually fairly straight forward to setup.
